The apartment at Cosy & Chic was really great! It had a cable flat-screen TV which was perfect for catching up on my favorite shows. The 1 bedroom was comfortable and cozy, making me feel right at home. I loved how everything was within easy reach, making it convenient for someone like me with disabilities.
I personally found the apartment a little small, but others might still enjoy the cozy feel.

the room was clean, fresh, and had a comfortable bed. we loved the lovely shower and the warm, cozy atmosphere when the heating was on. the instructions for location and passcode were clear and made it easy to enter the property.
parking was unclear and we weren't sure where we were allowed to park once we found the described area.

I recently stayed at Cosy & Chic, and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. The purpose of my trip was to visit Loughborough University and I found it to be the perfect location, just a short distance away. The instructions provided for finding the property and accessing the key were clear and easy to follow. The room itself was spotlessly clean and had a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The comfortable bed and lovely shower made for a truly enjoyable stay.
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

We had a wonderful stay at Cosy & Chic in Great Location Near East Midlands Airport. the instructions given for the location and key passcode were clear and easy to follow. the room was immaculately clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. the warm heating made the room cozy and inviting. the shower was also a highlight, providing a refreshing and enjoyable experience. we were very satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this property. Cons: None ☺️.

The room was clean, fresh, and the bed was comfortable. the shower was also lovely. the instruction regarding the location and passcode to get the key was good.
Information could have been clearer for a few things. There were no live TV programs, only Netflix and Amazon Prime.

The walls in the hotel are thin, which can lead to noise disturbances.
